Order Processing and Delivery
After your order has been confirmed, it will normally be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery generally takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
When your order leaves the fulfilment facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.
Express Shipping
Express orders are expected to arrive within 5 business days after dispatch. If an express shipment exceeds this delivery timeframe for a reason covered by our shipping commitment, you may contact our customer service team to request a refund of the express shipping fee.
Express shipping fee refunds do not apply when the delay is caused by customs clearance, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, force majeure events, carrier disruption, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Frequently Asked Shipping Questions
Taxes, Customs and Import Duties
For orders delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, VAT and applicable import charges are included in the product price under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping terms. Customers should not be asked to pay additional import duties or taxes when the parcel is delivered.
Orders delivered to Norway and Malta are also shipped under DDP terms. Applicable import duties and local taxes are prepaid and included in the amount charged at checkout. The final checkout total is the amount you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email containing the available tracking details. If customer accounts are enabled, you can also review your order status through your account.
Is free shipping available?
Free tracked standard shipping is available when an order reaches the applicable threshold for its destination and currency. The qualifying amounts are shown in the shipping tables above.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery generally takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs processing and local carrier conditions.
Does express shipping reduce the preparation time for pre-order products?
No. Express shipping only shortens the transportation stage after an order has been dispatched. It does not reduce the preparation period for pre-order products.
Pre-order products may require 5–10 business days to prepare. Express delivery begins only after the products are ready and the parcel has been dispatched.
Dispatch Locations
The dispatch location for an order is selected according to product availability and the delivery destination. A dispatch address is not necessarily an authorised return address.
Do not return products to the address shown on a parcel or to a dispatch facility without prior authorisation. Please consult our Return and Exchange Policy and contact customer service before returning an item.
